Golf OKOL Ltd. is part of Markan Holding AD, established in 2014.
The company is SPV - project development and construction of the biggest Golf & residential community in Bulgaria – OKOL Lake Park.
OKOL Lake Park covers an area of 3000 decares and is a place for active living and recreation. The project combines:
- International championship golf course with an area of 650 decares, 18 holes par 72, managed by IMG
- 5* Pullman OKOL Golf Resort & SPA Hotel with 149 rooms and 40 Pullman Living branded residences, managed by Accor
